This is a placeholder so I can regularly update you on what is happening on the Pydar Development site. Currently they are still in the demolition phase which is coming to an end. Then there will be some archaeology work to be done. Then a master plan will be coming along in 2026.

I have a meeting to find out the latest updates on 17 December I will update this at that point.
