Report Directly to Cornwall Council

For many common issues, the fastest way to get action is to report directly to Cornwall Council. I use this same system myself - reports are treated equally whether they come from me or from you.

I don't have special powers to jump the queue! By reporting directly, you'll get a reference number and can track progress. The council's teams respond to all reports in priority order.

Report these directly:

  • Potholes and road damage
  • Pavement problems
  • Overgrown hedges blocking paths
  • Fly-tipping and dumped rubbish
  • Broken streetlights
  • Missed bin collections
  • Abandoned vehicles
  • Dog fouling
