Speed of Traffic on Kenwyn Hill

I've had a number of residents contact me about the speed of traffic on Kenwyn Hill. I visited a few times, and regularly go up and down that road and it is fast. It's quite blind for a few residents, and although a light showing the speed has been erected, we don't know if it's making that much difference. A number of residents have asked if it could possibly be made 20 mph limit.

Updates

I have emailed highways to see if we can get the information from the speed indicator signed. Also this should be part of a further Truro transport strategy.
